Hell0 & Happy Wednesday!!

Lately we’ve been whipping up recipes that are perfect for the social distancing period. From soups to snacks were featuring all the goods! Being that food options are less vast right now and that the window of ripeness for avocados is so quick, I knew I had to feature a recipe that features them!

I don’t know about you, but I’m always ordering them, and there is always at least one going to waste. Now is the time to mitigate all waste and clear out your fridge and cabinets. That being said, it was a no brainer to whip up a staple Avocado Pudding recipe!

This concept has been done time and time again online, but I had yet to formally put together a recipe and I’m just so glad I finally did. This recipe is the saving grace for avocados that are on the way out!

What’s great about this recipe, is that it’s quick, easy, affordable, you’re salvaging waste, it’s packed with a rich chocolate flavor, it features minimal ingredients, healthy fats, you can pack on even more superfoods and or spinach, you can modify the texture to me more pudding or more whipped like, it features sugar free chocolate, it’s perfect for any season, great for entertaining, (when you can lol), and pairs perfectly with any fruit!!

If you’re searching for ways to mitigate waste or just love all things avocado, you have to try this vegan Avocado Pudding!!
