In a pan over medium heat add the vinegar, sugar, water salt and pepper. Whisk to combine and bring to a boil. Place the thinly sliced red onion in a jar and pour the mixture over the onions. allow to cool, then cover and place in the fridge.
In a bowl combine the Beyond Meat® Beef with all the spices.
In a pan over medium heat add the olive oil and the seasoned Beyond Meat® Beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes until you achieve the desired texture. Set aside.
In a small dish combine the aioli ingredients
