- Combine all ingredients minus the almond milk, in a blender or food processor, blend until smooth.
- Now add the almond milk while running a little at a time to achieve the desired consistency.
- Add additional sweetener if desired as well!
- If you chill the pudding and it becomes too firm, simply pop in the food processor or blender with more almond milk, blend until smooth.
- Other add ons: fresh spinach, chopped toasted hazelnuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, peanut butter, or coffee grains.
