Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients minus the almond milk, in a blender or food processor, blend until smooth.
  2. Now add the almond milk while running a little at a time to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. Add additional sweetener if desired as well!
  4. If you chill the pudding and it becomes too firm, simply pop in the food processor or blender with more almond milk, blend until smooth. 
  5. Other add ons: fresh spinach, chopped toasted hazelnuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, peanut butter, or coffee grains.
