Hello & Happy Tuesday!

Although I’ve been practicing a life of wellness for nearly 10 years, my preferences for everything from food products to skincare has absolutely evolved, but there is one product that remains to be one of my personal favorites.

Emergen-C has been my go to for what seems like ages!

At the time I started purchasing their products there were a handful of options, while today they remain to be endless. There are many reasons that I gravitate towards this product. For one the price point is wonderful, the flavors diverse, the nutrients are abundant, they are perfect for travel, pushes me to consume more water, and for myself provides more energy due to the B vitamins, and even gives my skin a natural glow. Perhaps it’s because Emergen-C is packed with B vitamins, antioxidants, electrolytes plus more vitamin C than 10 oranges.

One thing is for sure, with the weather shifting to colder temperatures and the holidays ahead (where I typically spread myself thin preparing to entertain loved ones) my energy levels and health can take a hit. Perhaps its just the result of being exhausted, but even exhaustion can weaken the immune system making us vulnerable to mild health ailments..

For moments like these I always have Emergen-C on hand. For those who have yet to explore it or don’t see it as a flavorful beverage, this non alcoholic holiday beverage recipe will completely change your viewpoint! In addition to providing a nutrient boost the flavors have minimal sugar and come in a variety of fun festive flavors making them a perfect choice to surprise your guests for the holidays.

What I love about this Citrus cocktail is that it packs real fruit, minimal sugar, is bubbly!, has aesthetic appeal, a perfect orange hue, is comprised of homemade apple cider, and can even be made with chia seeds for an addition nutrient boost!

If you have an affinity for all Emergen-C products like I do, you will absolutely love this concept of a Citrus Apple Cider holiday beverage! I highly recommend picking up a box at your local Walgreens nationwide!

Step 1: Pour all the ingredients (minus the soda water) into a large pot and combine and store in the fridge for 15mins. (for a hot version, remove the soda water completely and heat on low/medium for 15mins or long to combing the flavors)

Step 2: When ready to serve add the ice cold soda water and combine again

Step 3:  Once combined, remove the cloves and garnish the beverage with sliced oranges, rosemary, fresh cranberries and a cinnamon stick!

Step 4: Now give yourself a pat on the back because you just made a modernized nutrition forward holiday cocktail!
